In this special seminar, we’ll examine the issues facing NH Employers with our annual NH/Federal Legislative Update. Cameron Schilling & Andrea Chatfield will be speaking about pending legislation that impacts the Human Resource Professional.
Cameron G. Shilling is a Shareholder, Director and Chair of Employment Litigation Services at McLane, Graf, Raulerson & Middleton. His expertise is in complex business litigation, particularly employment and intellectual property disputes. He has substantial experience handling commercial and employment contract cases, corporate governance issues, unfair competition suits, employment discrimination and harassment complaints, wage claims, whistleblower actions, and other business disputes. He has particular expertise litigating trade secrets and non-competition agreement cases, managing complex electronic discovery matters, and handling employment litigation under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, and the wage and hour laws. He has an active practice in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts, and has litigated cases in several other states in New England and around the country.
Andrea G. Chatfield is a member of both the Corporate Department and the Employment Law Practice Group, in which she chairs the Risk Management Services Committee. Andrea advises and represents corporate clients on risk management issues in the workplace and represents employers in state and federal administrative proceedings. Andrea is a member of the Labor & Employment Law Section of the New Hampshire Bar Association, the Society of Human Resource Management, and the National Human Resource Association. Andrea frequently lectures to professional groups on employment law issues, and she conducts law-related management and employee training for employers. Andrea is admitted to practice in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts
