Peter Leberman is a shareholder and director of Sheehan Phinney Bass + Green and chairs the firm's Private Companies and Professional Practices Group. Peter most frequently works with closely-held, family-owned and non-profit organizations, business owners and professional practices during start-up to mature stages. Since joining Sheehan Phinney in 1984, he has focused his practice on counseling business clients in connection with organizational, succession and business planning, corporate governance issues, and on-going capital, contractual, transitional and regulatory matters. Peter has served on the Manchester Chamber's and then Congressman Sununu's small business advisory committees and regularly speaks and writes on topics relevant to small business and non-profits. In addition to a law degree from Washington & Lee University, Peter has Business Administration degree from UNH and a Masters in Taxation from BU.
