Critical Human Resource Competencies

HR Competencies

Bill Irvine, M.Ed will address the Human Resource competencies that influence others, build trust and demonstrate leadership within your organization. In addition to certain technical skill sets, as HR professionals we need to be able to speak the language of our associated business, execute critical and timely decisions as well as coach and mentor those around us. We need to be resilient, flexible, tolerate ambiguity and keep the life raft upright in ever-increasing "white water." Let’s honor our passion to make a difference each and every day.
