Managing Employee Wellness / Work-life Balance

In this seminar, HR Professionals will gain knowledge on implementing a strategic plan of onsite employee wellness and employees their work-life balance. The seminar objectives are: Define elements of a worksite-based wellness program. Identify wellness components relevant to a company's employee needs and demographics. Discuss current wellness strategies used in organizations on the Seacoast and Brainstorm ways to find and implement these strategies. Our speakers will present and engage you in a discussion that explores the medical, physical, and behavioral strategies that employers can offer their employees to increase their resilience and well-being.
