This participatory session will help you recognize the benefits of aligning individual and department goals with organizational goals. This will be an interactive workshop designed to start you thinking outside the box! Our Panelists:
- Candace McCloy is Vice President of Human Resources for Measured Progress, Inc., a not for profit educational assessment company located in Dover, New Hampshire. Measured Progress employs more than 400 regular and 4,000 temporary employees in several states throughout the United States. Prior to joining Measure Progress in 1991, Candace held human resource positions in higher education. Her experience includes human resources and labor relations in for profit and not for profit organizations, as well as experience in law enforcement;
- Elaine Sullivan is V.P., Director of Professional Services, Lee Hecht Harrison, working closely with individual clients in the Burlington/Boston Office. In addition to having an extensive network of recruiters and potential employers, she has wide-ranging knowledge of career transition and more than 15 years of experience in guiding professionals into new and exciting career assignments;
- Delise West is President and founder of Human Resource Partners LLC. Delise has 15 years of experience in the field of human resource management in a variety of industries. Prior to starting Human Resource Partners, an HR outsourcing firm for small business and start-ups in Dover, NH, she was the national Human Resources Director for a biotechnology firm. Delise received her BA from San Diego State University and completed SDSU’s two-year Human Resources Certificate program. She is a member of several professional organizations including SHRM, New Hampshire Women’s Business Center, and New Hampshire High Technology Council.
