We are currently seeking energized and experienced HR professionals to join our expanding team in the following areas: HR Partner and Compensation & Benefits Manager.
Key HR Partner responsibilities include providing human resources leadership, guidance and support to designated departments on issues related to the organization's strategic, tactical and operational initiatives, budget constraints, staffing, succession planning, performance management, employee relations, and leadership and organizational development in order to deliver the most effective business and academic solutions.
The Compensation & Benefits Manager responsibilities include assisting in the development and implementation of compensation and benefits plans/amendments in alignment with the University’s strategic goals.

Want to join our team as a Human Resources Coordinator?
As a Human Resources Coordinator you will be responsible for providing support to the department by performing administrative duties in various areas of Human Resources. The successful candidate will assist with recruitment functions including posting job openings, scheduling candidate interviews, phone screening, reference checking, and maintaining applicant records. You will processes benefit enrollments and changes and reconcile monthly benefit invoices. You will prepare, track, and maintain COBRA documents. The successful candidate will prepare offer letters and new hire packets and schedule various orientations and trainings. The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for maintaining department records, employee filing, and updating and maintaining company organizational charts and job descriptions.
Requirements:
- Duties require a High School Diploma or equivalent, with some college level courses preferred and 1-3 year of experience in the Human Resources field.
- Knowledge of human resource practices and procedures and an awareness of state and federal HR regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral/written).
- Ability to successfully manage multiple and often changing priorities and maintain a heightened level of confidentiality.
- Sense of urgency and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service to employees and vendors both in person and via telephone and email.
- Must possess a positive attitude and the ability to work well with a diverse group of people.
