Jennifer Kinville, SPHR - Secretary & Membership Committee Chair

Jennifer has been employed at Prime, Buchholz & Associates, Inc. in the Human Resources department for the last seven years.  Prior to Prime Buchholz, she worked for four years at a technology start-up company focusing on Human Resources and Office Management, and spent eight years at Cabletron as a Paralegal and as an Analyst in the sales compensation reporting group.  She earned her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) in 2009.  She holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Plymouth State University, a Bachelor of Science in Human Services from New England College, and an Associate Degree in Business Science/Paralegal Studies from McIntosh College.  Jennifer is currently the SHRA Secretary and SHRA Membership Chair, and was a member of the SHRA Professional Development Committee from 2008-2011.  She has recently been appointed to the position of Secretary/Treasurer of the NH State Council beginning in January 2012.


Anne L. Vallette - Treasurer/Past President

Anne is currently employed with CGI Employee Benefits Group as a Senior Benefits Consultant – with 19 years of experience working for an insurance consultant as well as an insurance carrier; she has a very unique perspective on Industry Trends and Market Positioning that has been invaluable to her Clients and their employees.  Anne understands the needs of employer groups of all sizes and is committed to providing her clients with immediate as well as long term planning initiatives.  She looks to create and maintain a long-term partnership with her clients with her dedication to her clients in all of their benefit and HR needs.  Anne has been very active in the HR community.  Serving as President of the Granite State Human Resource Conference, Treasurer of the Seacoast HR Chapter, having served as President;  and most recently awarded the SHRM State Council of NH's Outstanding HR Volunteer of the year for 2011

 


Debra Weiss Ford, Legislative Chair

Debra Weiss Ford is the Managing Partner of the Portsmouth, NH office of Jackson Lewis, LLP, where she has 30 years of experience representing employers in litigation matters before the state and federal courts and administrative agencies in NH, MA and ME. Debra is a Fellow to the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers.  She lectures frequently at seminars in New Hampshire and Massachusetts on issues related to employment law, including discrimination, wrongful discharge, reductions in force, termination issues, personnel issues and contractual issues.  Debra is the author of the New Hampshire chapter of Workplace Privacy, a legal reference book for managers and human resource professionals.  She is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell.  She is recognized by New England Super Lawyers as one of the top 10 lawyers in New England.  She is listed in Best Lawyers of America and is listed in Chambers USA as one of America’s leading Lawyers for business.  She was named New Hampshire’s Best Labor and Employment Lawyer by Business NH Magazine.


Rosanne Gilbert - Diversity Chair


Michelle Vincent, PHR -  Website Chair, Membership Co-Chair

Michelle has over 11 years of HR, office management and business owner experience.  Michelle return home to NH after 7 years in Florida where her computer training company, AST Application Software Training Inc, provided approximately 6000 individuals, in the space industry, productivity software training.  Before her entrepreneurial spirit kicked in, Michelle worked in the medical field for 11 years as a medical assistant, X-ray operator, office manager and Human Resources generalist..   She obtained her PHR certification in 2008 and recertified in 2011. She is a national member of SHRM.  Michelle enjoys being an active member in her community through volunteering with local non-profits with previous board positions with The Early Learning Coalition, Main Street Program and currently she is assisting the NHSPCA.


Tammy Spear, SPHR - Professional Development Chair

Tammy is the Director Human Resources at Community Partners, a behavioral health and developmental services agency with locations in Dover and Rochester, NH.  She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources through the Human Resources Certification Institute, the HR certifying body of the Society for Human Resource Management. Tammy possesses over 20 years of HR experience in the not-for profit healthcare sector. She was formerly the Director of Human Resources/Compliance Officer for Goodwin Community Health, Somersworth, NH, and Coordinator of Human Resources and Administration for Seacoast Mental Health Center, Portsmouth, NH. She has been a long time member of SHRA serving on the Professional Development Committee and Board of Directors.


Leslie Bisognani, SPHR - College Relations Chair

Leslie is currently employed as the US Human Resources Manager for Bauer Hockey Inc. Prior to Bauer, she worked for four years as a Human Resources Generalist at Mary Immaculate Healthcare Services. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources through the Human Resources Certification Institute. She holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire. Leslie is currently the SHRA College Relations Chair.


Julie Braley, PHR - Workforce Readiness Chair

Julie Braley, PHR is currently the Talent Manager at RiverWoods.  Julie has 12 years of recruitment experience, with her career starting in the staffing industry.  For the past 8 years, she has focused on corporate recruitment, employee relations, and staff and organizational development.  Julie is completing her degree in Business through Granite State College, and she is also certified as a Human Capital Strategist.


Dawn Barker - SHRM Foundation Chair

Dawn has had the privilege of being a part of RiverWoods at Exeter, a continuing care retirement community located in Exeter, NH for the last 11 years.  As Vice President of Human Resources, she is responsible for managing Human Resources and Risk Management for the organization.  Prior to RiverWoods, Dawn’s experience was in recruiting and general Human Resource practice.  She received her Senior Professional in Human Resources credentialing from The Society of Human Resource Management in the Spring of 2006.  She holds a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University and a BA from Bentley College.  Dawn has held board positions with Great Bay Kids and The Granite State Human Resource Conference.


Tiffini Ferris, PHR - HRCI Chair

Tiffini has been employed as a Human Resources Generalist at Prime,
Buchholz & Associates, Inc. since December 2010.  Prior to her role at
Prime Buchholz, she held a Human Resources/Benefits role at Lonza for four
years.  For the past 10 years, she has been specializing in benefits
administration, disability and FMLA as well as facilitating training
programs, developing and implementing policies, and recruiting for various
positions.  In 2009 Tiffini was awarded her PHR (Professional in Human Resources) and earned a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership with a Graduate
Certificate in HR Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
Tiffini is an active member of the Seacoast Human Resources Association.
She is currently the HRCI Chair, and is a member of the Professional
Development Committee.
