Community Spotlight

Greater Seacoast Workforce Coalition

Workforce Development Coalitions are formed to support and coordinate the promotion of employment of persons with disabilities. The Greater Seacoast Workforce Coalition (GSWC) has been active for over three years and works with local businesses, vendor organizations, high schools, and other regional service providers to help set a standard for outreach methods to business and improve access to employment services.  Greater Seacoast Workforce Coalition members are committed to professional practices in workforce development, believing that coordinated, standardized practices by those of us in the workforce development field will lead to increased employer satisfaction when we provide qualified candidates to fill job openings and increased employment for people with disabilities.
